Seneca investee company Bright Network has released its annual research report into “What Graduates Want”. The company asked over 14,000 Bright Network members to share their critical insights to help employers shape their graduate recruitment strategies, with findings covering how Gen-Z feel about their future job prospects, ways of engaging students this year and perspectives from diverse student groups. One of the key findings was an increase in confidence across the student population, with 55% of those asked feeling confident of securing a graduate level role after university.
Bright Network is a media technology platform which enables employers to reach, identify and recruit high-quality graduates and young professionals. Seneca Growth Capital VCT invested in the company in March 2020 having been attracted to the team’s innovation in product development and existing Blue Chip customer base including the likes of Morgan Stanley, Bloomberg, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, P&G and Vodafone.
