Seneca supports Collagen Solutions acquisition of Southern Lights

Seneca has backed the recent acquisition of Southern Lights by Collagen Solutions, an AIM-listed company specializing in medical grade collagen components. The acquisition will provide Collagen with access to bovine sourced collagen from New Zealand which is a negligible BSE risk country. This acquisition will complement the existing supply chain and improve end user offering.
