Seneca Preference can now facilitate annual advice fees

Following the recent launch of Seneca Preference, Seneca Partners are pleased to announce that the Service can now facilitate ongoing advice fees of up to 0.5% p.a.

Seneca Preference is an income paying discretionary investment service with the potential for 100% relief from Inheritance Tax after only two years. Investors can choose an income level of up to 5.25% p.a.* depending upon their appetite for risk. Income is paid quarterly by preference share dividend.

Monies invested will be used by the trading companies to provide secured commercial asset based lending and property bridging facilities in a range of different sectors. These include:

  • Primary Healthcare
  • Industrial Parks and Business Centres
  • Assisted Living
  • Energy Generation (STOR)
  • Traditional Commercial Property
  • Asset Based Lending
  • Trade Financing

There is an initial tranche of £15 million available on a first come, first served basis with shares being allotted at the beginning of October 2017.
