The Seneca Partners Corporate Finance team has advised the shareholders of Cabfind.com, the Wirral based transport management business, on its sale Transdev PLC, one of the world’s biggest transport operators with €6.6 billion of revenues in 2013.
Cabfind.com was set up by brothers Chris and Tim Jordan in 2005 and the family run business has developed a technology enabled transport-on-demand service via private hire cars and coaches generating turnover of £17m in 2014.
The Seneca team, led by Gordon Lane and Andrew Stubbs, worked closely with the shareholders as they considered their strategic options and ultimately assisted in delivering a successful transaction.
