£5m was invested in Storage (WM) Ltd with the aim of making a 1.2x return for investors. Over the five year period, the company built, opened and ran two managed storage sites under the Surestore brand. The sale of these sites, in Cannock and Burton, resulted in a return of over 1.40x for investors in 2022.

Storage (NW) Ltd

£5m was invested in Storage (NW) Ltd, again with the aim of making a 1.2x return for investors. Over the five year period, the company built, opened and ran two managed storage sites under the Surestore brand. The sale of these sites, in Bolton and Wigan, resulted in a return of over 1.24x for investors in 2022.
