Having raised £6.6m by March 2018, the fund was exited in two parts (December 2021 and March 2022) returning £8.6m to investors.

£3.3m was invested in Storage (Pennines) Ltd with the aim of making a 1.2x return for investors. Over the investment period, the company built, opened and ran a large managed storage site under the Surestore brand. The sale of this site, in Old Trafford, resulted in a return of over 1.38x for investors in 2022.

Storage (Cheshire) Ltd

£3.3m was invested in Storage (Cheshire) Ltd with the aim of making a 1.2x return for investors. Over the investment period, the company built, opened and ran a large managed storage site under the Surestore brand. The sale of this site, in Bury, resulted in a return of over 1.23x for investors in Q4 2021.
