Incorporate Travel Management Acquires SAT Travel

Just a year after launch in May 2013, Incorporate Travel Management has announced its second acquisition, SAT Business Travel in Bolton, one of the UK’s leading independent travel management companies. Incorporate will be expanding its uniquely client-centric approach to travel management which is head quartered in Castlefield, Manchester, working closely with SAT’s Paul Sutton who joins the Incorporate board as Commercial Director and a significant shareholder.

SAT’s impressive client list – built up over 30 years – will see major benefits from access to Incorporate’s innovative self-booking technology ‘Inconline’ and other state-of-the-art systems, as well as its bespoke offline service. The SAT portfolio also includes the specialist division SAT Marine which offers all aspects of marine and offshore travel management with dedicated support 24/7 based in the UK.

About Incorporate
