Where your financial adviser has advised you to make an investment, they will be happy to assist you complete the necessary application form.
The minimum investment level for Seneca’s IHT Service is £25,000.
When there is an open offer, the minimum investment level for the Seneca Growth Capital VCT is £3,000.

Seneca will send you your tax certificates for each investment and there are two ways in which tax relief can be claimed: you can write to your HMRC office to ask them to change your tax coding under the PAYE system (this is the system that calculates how much tax you pay each month), so you will receive your income tax relief on a monthly basis through your pay cheques. Alternatively, you can claim income tax relief as part of your annual self-assessment tax return.
For EIS and IHT Service investments, your subscription will be held by a third-party custodian. Woodside Corporate Services Limited will act as the custodian of the Service. Woodside Corporate Services Limited (“Woodside”) is a company registered in England and Wales, whose registered office is at 1st Floor, 12-14 Mason’s Avenue, London, EC2V 5BT and which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (reference 467652). Woodside will use WCS Nominees Ltd to act as the Nominee, holding shares in the relevant Investee Companies on your behalf.
