Since 2018, Seneca has offered investors the ability to invest in a range of commercial properties that includes flexible office space, hotels and retail superstores. Those who invest are typically looking for a quarterly income (of up to 10% p.a.) with the potential for additional profit paid on the sale of the property concerned.

Examples of previous investments include Victoria Mill in Macclesfield, the Premier Inn Hotel in Preston and a Tesco supermarket in Lincolnshire.
